I love working with teens and young adults as they move through major life transitions, identity questions, relationship struggles, and emotional ups and downs. This stage of life can be confusing and intense, but it can also be a powerful time for growth and self-discovery. Whether you’re facing anxiety, depression, relationship issues, or simply seeking personal growth, I’m here to walk alongside you. Additionally, I have over 10 years of experience working in schools. I understand the pressures that come with academics, peer relationships, and planning for the future. I'm here to help with school-related stress, motivation, or navigating big decisions. I enjoy collaborating with educators in therapy to help them navigate stress and support their personal well-being alongside their work in the classroom. I also provide a safe, empowering space for those who have experienced domestic violence. Healing from abuse takes time, compassion, and support, and you don’t have to do it alone.
